Colo-X Analysis
IFL’s Manchester3 facility will be their first in Manchester for several years and increase their capacity in the market by almost doubling their floor space but increasing their power by some 200%, given the enhanced specification of this 8MVA facility. Key to its initial success will be the ability to access the carrier hub at IFL2 until more carriers actually dig in to this site. Otherwise the well established position of IFL in the local market together with the quality specification should ensure its success.
