Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London E20 3BS
Colo-X analysis
Infinity Here East is the redevelopment programme of the former press and broadcast buildings constructed for the 2012 London Olympics. There are three buildings: the 850,000 sq ft Broadcast Centre, the 300,000 sq ft Press Centre and a 750-seat auditorium. Early tenants into the redevelopment include a studio for BT Sports and the universities of Loughborough, UCL and Hackney College.
Infinity’s part of this is to develop a huge 120,000 sq ft net technical capacity, 20MW data centre. We suspect work will not commence on delivery until a very large pre-let is signed. This listing on Colo-X therefore appears for information only.
Infinity Here East facility description
The data centre will be part of a large mixed use complex on the former Olympic Park.
